Linking QuickaPay with Trade Trak
Linking your Trade Trak account with QuickaPay allows you to offer your clients the ability to pay in full via credit card, or by 10 week instalment plans at no risk to your business. You can find out more information about QuickaPay here.
In order to make use of the integration, you need to have a QuickaPay account. You can sign up for one here.
Accessing the Payment Settings
To link the integration on Trade Trak, you need to click on your profile picture (if you’re on mobile, first click the hamburger menu) in the top right corner of the app.
From the drop down menu, select 'Company Settings', then from the next menu, select 'Integrations'.
This is where you will need to enter your QuickaPay Business ID and Access Key.
Accessing QuickaPay Details
First, you need to be logged into your QuickaPay account and have it opened in another tab.
When you log in, you will be on the Payments page. On the left hand side, click on 'Settings'.
On the Settings page, scroll down until you see 'API Access'. Underneath this heading, click on the button 'Configure API Access' on the 'Payments Request' line.
A pop up will appear which contains the Business ID and Access Key.
Adding QuickaPay Details In
Simply copy and paste the details from QuickaPay into the relevant lines on Trade Trak.
After this, select whether or not you would like to enable:
- Enable Quickapay payment on invoices by default
- Enable Quickapay credit card payments
- Enable Quickapay instalment payments
Then select 'Save Details' and the integration will be complete.
