There are a number of settings that you can apply ahead of time to customise your quote, invoice, purchase order and SWMS templates on Trade Trak.
Accessing Template Settings
To access the settings, click on your icon in the top right corner of the navigation bar.
From the drop-down menu, select ‘Templates’, and then select ‘Quotes / Invoices / SWMS’

The template settings page is broken up into five sections.
1. PDF Logo
In this section, you can upload a logo to appear on all PDF’s generated on your account.
If you have already uploaded a logo for your account, it will automatically appear here, although it can easily be changed.
Here, you can use the textbox to enter ‘Notes to client’ that you would like the quote templates to add by default.
You’re also able to add any files or images that you would like to attach to the quote templates by default.
3. Purchase Orders
Again, you can use the textbox to enter ‘Notes to client’ that you would like all purchase order templates to add by default.
You can also add any files or images that you would like to attach to the purchase order templates by default.
Here, add default **‘Notes to client’** in the textbox as well as invoice instructions.
Invoice instructions include:
- Text (e.g. instructions for payment)
- Default value (for invoices by percentage)
You’re also able to add files or images to attach to the invoices by default.
For SWMS there is only one option for settings, which is enabling or disabling the ability to ‘Show SWMS Risk Assessment Matrix on PDF’.
Press ‘Save’ once you have edited all the necessary fields.
