Create an Account
Before you’re able to use Trade Trak’s features, you need to sign up for an account. Signing up for Trade Trak is free and only takes a couple of minutes.
1) Getting Started
Press the ‘Sign Up’ button in the top right corner of Trade Trak’s homepage.
You can also sign up by entering your email address into the text box provided and pressing 'Sign Up Now'.
2) Sign In / Sign Up
From the homepage, the sign-up buttons will redirect you to the Login page, where you have the option to either ‘Sign In’ or ‘Sign Up’.
If you already have an account, enter your email address and password. Otherwise, click on ‘Sign Up’.
3) Sign Up
In order to sign up for Trade Trak, we first need to obtain a few important details from you. There are two pages where we will request information - ‘Your Details’ and ‘Billing Details’.
Required details are marked by an asterisk, and you cannot proceed with setting up your account until these fields have been filled in.
The details we request are:
- First Name *
- Last Name *
- Business Name *
- Email *
- Phone number
- Confirm Password
Note: Passwords must be at least 6 characters long. You should also make sure that they’re not easily guessed.
Once all details have been filled in and are correct, proceed to the next page by clicking ‘Next’.
All answers for questions in the billing section (aside from credit card details) can be selected from a drop-down menu. If you select ’Other’ as an option from the drop-down menu, a text box will appear for your answer.
The requested fields are:
- Industry *
- Number of staff *
- How do you currently manage jobs? *
- How did you find out about us? *
- Enter credit card details *
Note: Your credit card will not be charged until you have used your initial 20 free credits.
You will receive an email asking you to confirm your account. Once confirmed, you will be able to use Trade Trak.
